Reports are connected to the relevant call data and reviewed by PlanetHello's moderation team.
Your identity as the reporting user is never shared with the reported user.
A reported account may be required to verify a phone number before continuing to use the platform. Serious violations may result in account restrictions, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PlanetHello, maintain safety, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@planethello.com.

Children
PlanetHello is for people 18 or older.
If you believe someone on PlanetHello is under 18, report the account immediately after the call.
When warranted, PlanetHello may report child-safety concerns to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PlanetHello changes. When we make changes, we may update the effective date or provide notice in an appropriate way.
