Welcome to PlanetHello. The app that connects strangers for anonymous audio calls! To ensure the safety and appropriate use of our platform, we require that all users agree to the following terms of service:
Eligibility and Reporting: Users must be 18 years of age or older. Users will report anyone under 18.
Confidentiality: Users will never reveal their physical location. Users will report anyone who does.
Privacy: Users will never reveal their name or any personally identifiable information. Users will report anyone who does.
Solicitation: Users will not solicit for money. Users will report anyone who does.
Recording: Users will not record the call. Users will report anyone who does.
Respect: Users will always be classy and treat others with a great deal of respect.
Harassment: Users will not engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other personal characteristic. Users will report anyone who does.
Illegal activities: Users will not use the platform for any illegal activities, such as sharing illegal content or engaging in criminal behavior. Users will report anyone who does.
Impersonation: Users will not impersonate anyone else, including other users or public figures. Users will report anyone who does.
Commercial use: Users will not use the platform for any commercial purposes, such as advertising or promoting products or services. Users will report anyone who does.
Harmful activities: Users will not engage in any activity that could harm the platform or other users, such as hacking or spreading malware. Users will report anyone who does.
Consequences of violating the terms of service: Users who violate any of these terms may have their account suspended or terminated, and their access to the platform may be restricted.
Reporting violations: Users who witness any violations of these terms should report them immediately to the platform administrators using the appropriate reporting mechanism provided.
Changes to the terms of service: These terms of service are subject to change at any time, and users are responsible for keeping up to date with any updates or changes.
By using our social network, you agree to these terms of service, and you understand that failure to comply with them may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
User Agreement
Welcome to PlanetHello, a social media app that connects users anonymously for audio calls. Before you start using our app, please carefully read and agree to our User Agreement. By using our app, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By using our app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this User Agreement, which includes our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you must not use our app.
Age Restriction: Our app is intended for use by adults only. By using our app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
Anonymity: Our app allows users to connect anonymously for audio calls only. No posts or files are shared. You acknowledge and agree that you will not disclose personal information to other users, including but not limited to your full name, address, phone number, or email address.
Prohibited Conduct: You agree that you will not use our app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, harassing, threatening, or defaming other users; transmitting any content that is obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable; engaging in any activity that violates the intellectual property rights of others; or attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise access the app’s source code.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Our app is provided “as is” without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not warrant that our app will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any representations regarding the use or results of our app.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our app.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our app, your violation of this User Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another user or third party.
Modification of User Agreement: We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of our app after such modifications shall be deemed your acceptance of any modified terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [state/country], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this User Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New York, NY, United States.
By using our app, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this User Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
PlanetHello App End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and PlanetHello and governs use of this app made available through the Apple App Store. By installing the PlanetHello App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the PlanetHello App.
In order to ensure PlanetHello provides the best experience possible for everyone, we strongly enforce a no tolerance policy for objectionable content. If you see inappropriate content, please use the “Report as offensive” feature found under each post.
1. Parties This Agreement is between you and PlanetHello only, and not Apple, Inc. (“Apple”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you. PlanetHello, not Apple, is solely responsible for the PlanetHello App and its content.
2. Privacy PlanetHello may collect and use information about your usage of the PlanetHello App, including certain types of information from and about your device. PlanetHello may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the PlanetHello App.
3. Limited License PlanetHello grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the PlanetHello App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use the PlanetHello App on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
4. Age Restrictions By using the PlanetHello App, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 17 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under 17 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian; and (c) your use of the PlanetHello App does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your access to the PlanetHello App may be terminated without warning if PlanetHello believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 17 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent to your child’s use of the PlanetHello App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in respect to your child’s use of the PlanetHello App.
5. Objectionable Content Policy Content may not be submitted to PlanetHello, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.
6. Warranty PlanetHello disclaims all warranties about the PlanetHello App to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, PlanetHello, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for such warranty.
7. Maintenance and Support PlanetHello does provide minimal maintenance or support for it but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, PlanetHello, not Apple, shall be obligated to furnish any such maintenance or support.
8. Product Claims PlanetHello, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the PlanetHello App or use of it, including, but not limited to: (i) any product liability claim; (ii) any claim that the PlanetHello App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) any claim arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed an admission that you may have such claims.
9. Third Party Intellectual Property Claims PlanetHello shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third party claim arising out or relating to the PlanetHello App. To the extent PlanetHello is required to provide indemnification by applicable law, PlanetHello, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any claim that the PlanetHello App or your use of it infringes any third party intellectual property right.
